25 - YEAR CABINET & REFACING WARRANTY

Reborn Cabinets Inc. warrants its New Cabinets and its "Signature Refacing^®" products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the from the date of installation. Thermo-Foil, Tinted Varnish and Glazed finishes are excluded from this warranty(see paragraph below).

Due to the sensitive nature of Thermo-foil surfaces, Tinted Varnish and Glazed Finishes will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.

Should any Reborn Cabinets Cabinetry product fail during this warranty period, Reborn Cabinets will replace or repair the defective item at its own discretion. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, chips, normal wear and tear or modified after their original installation, nor damage or de-lamination caused by excessive heat or moisture.

Reborn Cabinets further warrants all other products installed (such as countertops, walls, doors, windows, back splashes, etc) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. In addition to this warranty, many of the products installed carry additional manufacture warranties. In many cases, these manufacturer warranties apply to product only, reinstallation will be at an additional cost. Reinstallation of the warranted item will be covered if defect occurs within the initial 1 year period.
