Happy New Year Team Reborn! Another year has gone by and Reborn continues to grow! Looking back on our 2019 theme– Stay the Course – let’s admit we got a bit off course! As a result we were not able to hit all of our goals for the year.
For 2020, I have selected the theme – Back on Track. The plan this year is an aggressive one as we look to realign our priorities while expanding into new areas. In order to ensure we are on track and meet our goals, some programs are changing:
• After careful deliberation and review of the performance of our Kohler programs, we’ve decided to stop offering these products.
• We are also going to stop offering Jacuzzi Walk-In Bath products effective February 1st. We will continue to offer the Jacuzzi Shower System product line.
The following new programs have been targeted to launch early 2020:
• REBORN WINDOWS – Richard Ford will be the General Manager of this new division. We will start with a slow roll-out in SoCal then into the other markets throughout the year. To start, a “Private Label” window offered through Simonton will be launched. Their product and unique features look to align with Reborn values of high quality product and will meet the needs of our customers.
• COSTCO SIGNATURE REFACING – Reborn has been chosen as the sole provider of Refacing for Costco. This program will roll-out with a 10 warehouse pilot in SoCal and once we work out any kinks, it will roll-out nationally into all 500+ warehouses. For all the California and Nevada warehouses, Reborn will be the installation dealer for the Costco Member. In the other states, Reborn will setup and train dealers how to sell and install our Reborn product. Reborn will be the provider of the product for all Refacing sales to all dealers. Adding on to her responsibilities as Director or Reborn University, Joann Bellenkes will be taking on the role as Director of Dealer Services as the Costco program is rolled out.
I am very excited to announce the newest addition to our team – Beth Biron will be joining our team as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Beth will be taking over my duties in this area working with Edna and Vic on both Marketing and Call Center programs. This will allow me to put more focus on ensuring we get Back on Track this next year.
Two specific goals have been outlined for the Senior Team in 2020. While simplistic as they might appear, it is going to take everyone’s focus to ensure we hit these targets. We have some aggressive sales and revenue goals for 2020.
I am grateful for all you do to make Reborn a strong and industry leading company. Let’s continue to be the leader we are known for. With our 2020 theme “Back on Track” and our program changes and additions, I am confident we will!
