Natural elements such as wood textures and taupes have been shown to boost creativity. As for your walls, experts have suggested going with cool blues to calm your mind, or green if you suffer from high blood pressure. Both cool blues and greens are known to help create a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

While changing up your bathroom won’t stop the emails from coming in or make your grocery list any shorter, having a calm, fresh, clean bathroom will certainly help set the tone for a productive day…and a restful night.
